1¿Qué es realmente una limpieza post-obra?
Cuando termina una obra (reforma, construcción nueva, pintura completa, sustitución de suelos), queda lo que los profesionales llamamos "polvo de obra": un polvo blanquecino y persistente compuesto por restos de yeso, cemento, pintura seca, virutas de madera y silicona. Este polvo NO se quita con una limpieza normal.
La limpieza post-obra requiere productos, herramientas y técnicas específicas. Una limpieza doméstica normal solo lo extiende.
⚠️ Por qué no puedes hacerlo tú con un aspirador normal
El polvo de obra es tan fino que pasa a través de los filtros normales. Un aspirador doméstico simplemente lo recirculará por el aire. Necesitas filtros HEPA y aspiradoras con depósito sin bolsa para evacuar afuera.
2Qué incluye una limpieza post-obra profesional
Primera pasada: retirada de escombros y residuos
- Retirada de plásticos de protección, cintas de carrocero, cartones
- Recogida de cascotes, viruta, restos de cemento
- Bolsas de obra al contenedor de escombros (no al normal)
Segunda pasada: aspirado profundo con HEPA
- Techos, paredes y rincones (de arriba abajo)
- Detrás de radiadores, persianas, mecanismos eléctricos
- Interior de armarios y cajones
- Suelos completos antes de fregar (clave: si friegas con polvo, lo conviertes en barro)

4Qué deberías exigir a la empresa
- Aspiradora con filtro HEPA: sin esto no hay limpieza post-obra de verdad

- EPI: mascarilla FFP3, guantes resistentes, gafas. El polvo de obra es peligroso para los pulmones

5Errores frecuentes que se cometen
❌ Lo que NO debes hacer
1) Encender el aire acondicionado o ventiladores antes de la limpieza: esparces el polvo por todas partes. 2) Limpiar antes de que terminen los oficios: si aún quedan pintores o albañiles, no merece la pena. 3) Usar agua caliente en suelos porosos (gres, terrazo nuevo): puede manchar. 4) Frotar fuerte cristales con restos: rayas el cristal. Hay que reblandecer primero.
6¿Cuándo programar la limpieza post-obra?
Programa la limpieza:
- El día siguiente al fin de obras: ideal, está todo "fresco"
- Antes de meter muebles: imprescindible. Si metes muebles y luego limpias, no llegas a rincones
- Antes de la mudanza definitiva: mejor mudarte a una casa ya impecable

Need to soften first.

Schedule the cleaning:
